I lived among the zillions of lives that God has created. And this is my chronicles...
But is this 'fantasy or fact' that you witness?

Last day before Brunei...

Guys, I'll be flying tonight on:
SQ8992/SQ8991
28/04/05 0230hrs
Terminal 2 Row 1

Do drop me an sms or mms if it is ok... Update me with news back here...
Dun call me... I'll call u... just drop me an sms so I know when to call you.
(Coz my officers who has been there says that they use 2 network there. Malaysian & Bruneian. Brunei Telecom charges $2 per min. But Malaysia is so much more cheaper. ^_^)

I have settled most of my stuff...
Keys for Richard... Mothers' day celebration...
Sigh... Gonna be away for 2 & a half weeks...
No friends, No church, No Singapore...

Yesterday, bought some PSLE preparation papers for Ricky...
Told him to do 2 science & maths papers, 1 chinese paper...
Present will be awarded if he do well... haiz

Last night, Kok Leong went over to Richard's place to do his VB project. A little last minute.. He wasn't finished yet as he needed to submit today. And the com couldn't install Visual Basic Studio.

Mom was rushing me home already...
So... I had to take a cab home. On the way home, I suddenly tot that if he really needed to submit his project, He could come over to my place. And he agreed. So Richard brought him down. And we stayed over the night to work on it. I could see both of us was drained out....

My first recorded song... [

(Kindda soft... Lousy quality... Badly done)

Haha... Was at the esplanade in the evening...
Picture this...
Samuel & Joseph playing the guitar...
while I sit by the riverbed singing...
(It was embarrasing at first >_<)

Here's the lyrics...

Pray...

Guys, something He showed me before I leave for Brunei...

James 5:13-18

13Is any one of you in trouble? He should pray. Is anyone happy? Let him sing songs of praise. 14Is any one of you sick? He should call the elders of the church to pray over him and anoint him with oil in the name of the Lord. 15And the prayer offered in faith will make the sick person well; the Lord will raise him up. If he has sinned, he will be forgiven. 16Therefore confess your sins to each other and pray for each other so that you may be healed. The prayer of a righteous man is powerful and effective.

17Elijah was a man just like us. He prayed earnestly that it would not rain, and it did not rain on the land for three and a half years. 18Again he prayed, and the heavens gave rain, and the earth produced its crops.

Birthday-ful week

This week was just full of birthday babies...

19th - Veron
20th - Zhonghuan
23th - Zhengliang
24th - Joseph

!@#$%^&
And I missed all of the cake eating. Sigh. No cakes for me. =(

For this weekend, I'd bought a shelf from Ikea as Richard/my room is in a mess... Quite cheap. Cost only $39. Easy to install.
Brought my mom to redemn her lucky draw price. A toaster oven worth $88. But made me miss my service... hehe... In the end, I brought her to Crystal Jade Xiao Long Bao Restaurant at Takashimaya and gave her a treat.

Today's Joseph's big day...
He's been working v. hard today.
Preparing all the food for his BBQ for tonight.

----------------------------------------------------

I'd arranged to meet ZL & Spider for lunch. Wanted to buy him a cake as a present. But there wasn't any nice cake shops and the places we went to were quite unappropriate. In the end, we ended up at the new Marina Square Food Loft (Foodcourt). And as Marina Square is under renovations. There wasn't much cakes shops or choices. And they dun accept any card payment... !@#$%

In the end, I got him a small choc cake from Breadtalk... Hehe..
He scolded me 'Cheapskate', as expected... kidding...
But I'd promised him to get him something great when i come back from Brunei.

AfterDen... I passed by the Life Bookshop (refer to prev. blog)...

Then I went home to get Ricky down to attend Joseph's birthday bash at East Coast Park. He had lots of fun playing catching with them. Joseph introduced me to Dewen. Finally. I meet the guy who knows me but yet i don't know him... hehe. Nice guy. Finally I see 'Hope' pple in my camp.

The party was great. Though i ate very little. But it was fun fellowshipping with the rest of the gang.

As we left the place at 10 plus, we walked out with Jeyeraj, Moses, Ting Feng, Donnie and Larry. We made funny jokes along the way & Donnie was surprised I could joke. He felt i was always too serious... Haha.

At the bus stop, Jeyaraj prayed for my safety to Brunei. Haha... You know what...

The prayer went like this...
"Father Lord, I asked for your blessings and protect........
...... and in Jesus name we pray, 'bye bye'"

Ting feng, Ricky and I were stunned for a second. Huh?!? Bye bye?
Haha... Guess my shepherd must be v.tired already...

At this moment as I'm blogging, Richard's playing the guitar to "关怀方式" as i sing... Haha... So united... keke

Ok. I'm feeling realli tired now. Got to go to bed now...

Gd nite guyz...

Discoveries...

Something i found out when shopping for Joseph's birthday present this afternoon...

I saw... at [Life Bookshop-Suntec], they were showing a 'funny' concert... Funny not as in humourous but it was a bunch of Japanese guys singing “One Way” in Japanese. It was so cute. Haha. So cool. So I bought a copy of the video. Here's how it looks it... hehe

In case you don’t know how to find it here’s some instructions…
Go to “What The World Will Never Take”, once the song title has gone off the screen press your menu button. You go back to the main menu with an extra option highlighted. Right next to the “Look to you” font there’s an arrow that goes yellow. Choose this option and away you go.

Here's the lyrics...
ONE WAY

  ONE WAY JESUS
  ONE WAY JESUS

  ONE WAY JESUS
  ONE WAY JESUS

  ONE WAY JESUS
  ONE WAY JESUS

Da Vinci Code Complete...

To Jingmin & all Da Vinci Code fans out there...

[Extracted from the Perfect10 website...]

- Code Complete -

Fans of Dan Brown’s best selling novel “The Da Vinci Code” will be happy to know that the casting of the movie has been complete.

Months ago, director Ron Howard confirmed Tom Hanks to play lead character Robert Langdon, and French actress Audrey Tautou will play cryptographer Sophie.

Now, none other than Gandalf – Sir Ian McKellen, has joined the project. He will play Sir Tea-bing.

Alfred Molina , who played Dok Ock in Spiderman 2, will play the key character Bishop Aringa-rosa.

The controversial book, which received rave reviews for its thrills, but harsh criticism for its anti-Christianity content, was a best seller for over a year.

The movie is set for release at the end of 2006

童话

Lately, I've fallen in love with this song. So did most of my frens.

And can't wait to be a member of Hope.

But I'm an NS men...
And I can't make it for the class on 8th May...
But I really long to join the class...

Is there any alternative, please?

God Bless,
Tobias Low

Interesting day... (Zhexi day)

I'd booked out last night... and had confirmed that I'll be booking in on this 27th night, flying to brunei on the 28th, returning on the 15th, off till 18th night, some 32km route march at Tekong to help out, and a week of block leave from 20th May onwards... haha... looking forward to...

Today... I'd went K-ing with Zhexi at Suntec K-Box. I was late for one hour. =P So I gave him a treat. It cost only $17.48 for just the both of us, till 3pm... Lunch included. Not too bad for a lunch deal.

At 3, we met up with the other guys at Lavender MRT to go to the Army market together to get our "Brunei-Barang barang" Kenny, Xiong Yao, Lawrence, Kiwi, Sen Sian, Jesper, Desmond, Jianjie, Mark, Eik Soon, Bernard and Guosheng... It's been a long time since i last went out with them...
Pretty fun... as we bought stuff, engraved jungle hats and some CV shirts...

Afterwards, they went to had some food at the hawker downstairs... and suayly, my phone went flat on me... So I had to go home to get a new phone... And they headed to Dhoby Ghaut for LAN games, pool and movies...

Then Zhexi wanted to follow me... and so I brought him home...
He borrowed from me 2 DVDs (About a boy, Forest Gump) and took some posters, cards from my FiRST magazines...
I'd also burned him the Naruto episodes 01-50....

Guessed I'd spent a lot of time with him today...

I tot of finding a chance to bring him to Hope... but too bad, he can't make it...

God will arrange the chance...

Outfield... Living in a mobile home.

This is a simulated photo. Not real

My friends have finally ended their Scouts course at Pasir Laba Camp (Boon Lay). 6 weeks of intense walking have got them all lean...
And for the past two weeks, I've been living in the back of a tonner(truck). Sleeping, eating, reading... You name it all... Sigh.
Felt like an illegal immigrant... haha...
I'd also the chance to explore the unexplored world of Lim Chu Kang... The wilds there are simply majestic... The water bodies and greens will remind you of images of those hills along the yellow river of China. Serious...
Also, I'd found out that there is an evacuated town in Lim Chu Kang that is now used as a SAF training ground. Poor thing.
That place though nice, might give you the creeps at night. It's like entering the local version of the "village" in [Fatal Frame 2]... Haha...
Heard it's called "Fee-bua Village"... (Spelling might be wrong)

It's Jeremiah's birthday... and i feel so bad.

I'd told ZhongHuan last night that I'll meet him and the rest for sushi buffet today... but seems like I'd woke up late and had absent myself. =P

But click here to find out more on what they did. Courtesy of Cedric's blog.

But "Shepherd Jeremiah" took his time to meet me after his party, so touched and appreciated...
He shared with me topics quite similar to yesterday's sermon...

Least... I'll focused on these 2...

Jesus's Greatest Commandment - Matthew 22:37-39
Jesus's Greatest Commission - Matthew 28:16-20

Thank you Lord for sending Jeremiah to be my shepherd.
Thank you Jeremiah.
Thank you......

And oh, HAPPY BIRTHDAY SHEPHERD!!!! God Bless!

Hope Singapore turns 14...

Hope Singapore

Hope Singapore turns 14 today...
Today's service was just great with a bang...
It's a pity I missed 3 people that were absent today...
Especially when 2 are my shepherds... hehe
Donnie, Jeremiah & Jeyaraj... (Jeremiah could only book out late tonight & I heard Jeyaraj had some prob back home.)
Praying for them...

Pastor Ben touched on how Hope was founded back in 1991. And also how a care group of 5 has turned into a church of 2400+ members. Praise Lord. Mentha being the pioneer of the Nepal-ese group and Abigail (MeiHwa) the pioneer of ITE Simei college.

Romans 15:20-21
1. Building new foundations (v20a)
2. Breaking new frontiers (v20b)
3. Bringing new faces (v21)

Today's message just hit me.
It makes me so urged to reach out to my camp mates (which I know is v.difficult) and also to my non-believer friends.
Especially, my ambition to... "Hope Japan".

Today really feels very different.
I'd spoke the most I'd ever spoke in Hope up-to-date. Seems like I'd opened up.
Especially to James... haha. Hope I didn't scare him. (>_< )
Also, I'd said my first "tongue" today at Nexus while praying for James' devotion to HopeSingapore. Gosh... (For ya info, I ain't spiritually baptised yet... )

After service, there was a distribution of cakes by the ushers. Sponge cakes. LOL... Kewl...
After the usual dinner get-together-joke session @ starhub, Ricky had called saying that he wanted to watch "The Pacifier". So I'd invited MeiHwa, Veron, James over to Yishun 10 for the 2350 session. It was really a great show. Couldn't stop laughing. It's just a pity that Joseph couldn't join us as he had to attend his manager's last day celebrations. Hear he got wet in his celebrations too.
The Pacifier

Today is just a great day blessed by God.
Seems like I maybe able to go for Church Camp afterall...
Cause I'll be away to Brunei from (28/04/05-18/05/05)

It's been a long day...
And I really have to go off now..
God bless everyone... ^_^

Water Baptism...

A week of reading, a week of quiet time...
Indeed, God existence is present...

God is the creator of all existence...
He is even the creator of science...
But not vice versa...

Finally, I'd realized that I'm under His delicate watch.
If I wasn't, I wouldn't get this far as to get baptisted.
It's even better than striking 4D and Toto...

Getting baptisted together today are Larry, Zhonghuan-James, Reuben, Danny, Jing Min & Richard-Samuel and lots more... 129 i heard. Praise the Lord. A joyous event @ East Coast organised by Hope Singapore... Mummy & Ricky came... We really had loads of fun. Though Jasmine looked v.solemn and quiet thru-out the whole thingy... Wondered what went wrong?? She usually v.cheery... Kinda worried.

Anyway, thank "YOU" for this joyous event...
It was really very fun!!! ^_^

Home & Away... 「

Home & Away

Ms Miho Nakayama in 'Home & Away'

Channel U is showing my favourite 'Dorama' again... but on Sunday mornings...

Cast: Miho Nakayama, Naomi Nishida, Kotaro Koizumi, Wakana Sakai

This is the story of a woman who sets out on a trip with a friend one month before her wedding day. As a result of being caught up in one freak accident after another, she is unable to return home. This woman, driven by emotion, meets many people on her journey, and touches the hearts of each one.

The Story

In December, just a month away, the heroine of this story Kaede is to be married. Her husband-to-be is an elite businessman. The two of them are just as happy as can be.

Kaede has a problem though...she hasn't talked to her father in 10 years. When her mother suddenly fell sick 10 years ago, her father was too busy with work to go to the hospital. That night, her mother passed away. Furious at her father for not being at her mother's side at her time of need, Kaede let him have it after he arrived at the hospital just before dawn. Because of her father's negligence, Kaede hasn't laid eyes on him since the Buddhist ceremony held seven days after her mother's passing. Even with all that has happened, her brother insists that this is all water under the bridge and that she should invite their father to the wedding.

Although it doesn't appear that way, Kaede is actually a very kind-hearted person, who can't turn people down when they come to her for help. She is also sentimental, gets flustered easily, and is really bad with directions.

After suddenly being caught up in several freak mishaps on the way home from a trip, Kaede finds herself stranded in all sorts of unfamiliar places throughout the country. She meets many people along the way; some ask for help, some are in pain, and others sad. Seeing this, Kaede begins to help them, and brings a little more happiness to the lives of each one. To those that she comes in contact with, Kaede is like an angel, who leaves after her deed is done. But to Kaede, it is not like that-all she wants to do is go home.

Kaede's experiences help her to find her "real self," which makes her grow as a person.

My respects to the late Pope John Paul II...

His funeral was held on friday...

God is with him always...

More reports available on Yahoo...

I had read 2 books during this week...

I have finished reading two bestsellers during this week... Wow...
and i must say... they are brilliant... from brilliant authors.

Go read them too...
But mind you, they have a common topic between them.
Science and the doubt of God existence.

I feel... 'Just believe what you believe. Faith.'
