It's been a month since I've been transferred into the Adults group...

[Wow... Last week was really a 'holy' week for me...]

Monday - DI/Poly Gender Camp @ Aloha Changi
Tuesday - DI/Poly Gender Camp @ Aloha Changi
Thursday - Paradise Live Concert @ Nexus
Friday - NG6A4 & NG6A5 Retreat @ Costa Sands [East Coast] (Didn't make it though)
Saturday - NG6A4 & NG6A5 Retreat @ Costa Sands [East Coast] / Attended Tertiary Service

Learned a lot from the leaders @ the gender camp, about the 3 sins to avoid in life. [Power, Pride & Lust]
Thanks to Jeremiah, Colin, James and so much more other helpers who contributed to the camp. Eg. The music team. It was such a success. Learned a lot and had alot of fun. But it was kinda tiring.
I think it would have been better if the games were not all on the first day. As it was pretty tiring and all slept at around 5am and had to wake up @ 10am. Thus most of the brothers had difficulty concentrating on the teaching shared on the 2nd day. A recommendation would be to not have so much ice-breaking games on the first day and to have some light games on the second day to bring up the spirit before attending the teaching so as they won't fall asleep. Hehe

The 'Paradise' concert was really great.
The pastor kinda went out of voice for his message.
He was telling us to worship God extravagantly and encourage each other.
He was really funny but encouraging despite his funny voice. LoL


My adults group also did a great job @ the retreat.
When I went down after my service on saturday, they were celebrating Chiu Fang's birthday.
HAPPY BIRTHDAY CHIU FANG! (Hope I got ya spelling right) and we were also affirming the leaders for their contributions to the CG. Thank you Yolanda, Chiu Fang, Jerry, Lay Choo!!! \(^_^)/

This week, I also feel very close to God...

I've been having these weird thoughts lately.
I still have the fear of death in me.
I have the fear that if everything shuts down, what would happen?
But I keep telling myself that I have J.C. & the Lord as my hope.

Father Lord,
You are my hope and my everything...
Please bless me a breakthrough...
Please eradicate my pride and lust...
Please allow me to know you better...
I surrender my life to you lord...
I seek you for growth...
I ask that you'll use me to do your work lord...
For your kingdom, Lord...
