My blog is becoming so famous that almost everyone from my CG-or-connected visits my blog.

Read something very 'strong' in the 'purpose driven' book,

Idol fever? Superstar? Give up...

Remember my post on Superstar Idols...? How i hate the programme and its fans... the commotion around it... Now... I think i've become part of the fever.

Started to watch a few episodes of Campus Superstar...
Initially, felt that the kids were too young, kiddish looking...
They will never have the makes of a superstar.

But one guy made my head turned one night.
While i was busy surfing the net as usual, he caught my attention with his vocals and made me turn round to the TV to see what the commotion was all about.

He is none other than Adriano...


Got to know him as a fren, but we never chat much... Due to his busy schedule, but manage to get tix to support him at his episodes. Neither did I wanna flood his mailbox or whatever, as I know this would even freak him out when he sees that.

Always had a dream, to live my dreams as a singer, but due to my looks, lack of training and luck, I'd never made it far... U can say that I'd already given up my dreams of stardom. But seeing Adriano so young & so talented, I feel it's gonna be such a waste if he gets voted out. So somehow out of me, I wanted to support him...

I dunno why? But... Sounds/Seems crazy for a guy in his 20s... Who would go idolizing and screaming at such an age? Haizz...

I went to the extend of supporting him at the revival round, got so worried if he can make it through... Making voting calls for the first time... Shouting for him at the results and holding pla-cards for him.
You never see me this crazy at church... I feel weird and sort of guilty...

I think I am just going too crazy for Adriano...
He's just a guy... Perhaps, you can say... I am jealous of his good vocals also.

Whatever it is... I think, I feel... I'm going too overboard...

Either my change in character/attitude is freaking him out...
or me myself is getting a little shocked about myself too...

Besides, he rarely replies me... Feels so dumb...
Like a stalker or something... Who am I to him anyway...?


Anyway, really enjoyed that night when he sang '嫁给我', he lifted my heart...
It was really greatly done.

He'll be back for the Semi's on the 6th Mar 06...

Water Baptism...

Been assigned to do the powerpoint slides for the Water Baptism today. Wow, big event...

Had to wake up early, go for first service and rush to the 'Big Splash' to setup the place... Boy, so stress...

So great to see new faces in DI and to see them getting baptised.

After the baptism, we headed down to pizza hut at PS for dinner. It was a great dinner with jokes and fun. There was Zhonghuan, Cedric, Stephen, Joel, JiaShen, Michael, Abigail(Not Meihwa), JingMin, XiuZhen. It's a pity (Veronica x2, Desmond, and err... sigh... can't remember who) didn't join us though we went to PS together.

It was great fun. I bet Cedric would have some better pictures and info to update everyone... So do check out his blog.

Really tired, but feeling blessed and funfilled.

Morning - Went to do a surgery operation, wisdom tooth extraction and an irritating extra tooth that has been getting in the way. Given MC for the rest of the week... Wow...

Evening - [MCG]Went to MakanSutra and played bowling with my CG pple. Got a total score of 93 points. Darn. Not my highest since sec school though...
But the highest among my CG... Hehe...
(I hear knuckles cracking now... betta stop... keke)

Evening - Brought Ricky and Huixian, Shelby, Cedric & Joseph to support my friend 'Adriano' in his Campus Superstar contest... Thanks Ad' for the tix... It's a pity you fell sick. Dun worry, you will out-do the rest in the revival round. I'm sure. Check out my moblog for more pictures...

Finally got auditioned for Singapore Idol. We didn't make it thru though. Sigh. I already made my mind saying I'm not the type for idols. Wasted my time... But it was a great experience. Day - Been queueing since 12pm for the Singapore Idol till 8pm. And to know that there was a crowd too much to be judged by one day. Wasted my day. - Was dragged down by my fren, Jiahao to accompany him. -

Night - Watching [I Not Stupid Too] for the 3rd time with Ricky & Mummy @ GV Yishun 9:30pm.

Was the game coordinator for CG at Yolanda's place. Was initially stressed out thinking of a game to play. So in the end, I came up with 'Who wants to be a millionaire - Bible Trivia' version. Projector & Laptop. Cool huh? Hehe... Felt like a mini service. Haha...

Visited Weilin's home at Sengkang and Jerry's home at Punggol...
Met their moms... And saw Jerry's brother - JEREMIAH. My Ex-Platoon Commander!!! Haha... Jerry's home was nicely furnished. Very posh with the red and black paint. And Weilin's house was big and beautiful with chinese ornaments.
Jerry had 2 dogs. The female one, Honey was obedient and cute. But the male one, Lucky wasn't very friendly after all. And so we spent a sleazy afternoon at their homes. Lastly, we went to Clarence house at Sembawang. And his parents were very hospitable... and bought chicken wings, satay and bla~chan stingray for us for dinner. Gosh... We sang karaoke at his hall and then, before we left, we 'Lau Yusheng'... Must have been very troubling his parents. Thanks Clarence!!!

The NG6A4 people came to my house for a CNY visit. Actually, I don't really like people visiting my house. It's small and messy. And I get very uncomforable seeing people squeeze and compromising... But we ended up singing to the [Superstar Concert VCD] despite I didn't have a karaoke system or mikes... And had a great time. Thanks guys!

Went to watch [I Not Stupid Too] with Willie for the 2nd time.
We caught the 1130pm show at Marina. And then, we went to the bridge by the esplanade and had a long talk about our Secondary School days... Wow... Time really flies. We've lived for 2 decades... Then we walked over to MOS at abt 4am. Haha. Saw 2 lambohginis... Gosh! Really a great time with Willie.
